I went to school at Maritime Professional Training in Fort Lauderdale and received a 50-ton USCG Master license with tow endorsement.

My husband and I love our life on the water so much that we even "tied the knot" on the bow of our boat!

In this new world where travel is a privilege, and we worry everyday about homeland security, I found a place where I could personally help out. I'm a proud member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Did I mention we live aboard? What a backyard! What an experience...
