I am a firefighter/Paramedic for the Lansing Fire Department. My wife, Andrea works for Martin Waymire Advocacy Communiciations in Lansing also. We are both graduates from Michigan State University. Cruise find others...
Over the past 25 years I have cruised the majority of the Great Lakes including the eastern shore of Lake Michigan from St Joe to Mackinaw, Lake Superior from the Pictured Rocks to Copper Harbor, Isle Royal, lake Erie and Put-in-Bay as well as approximately 25 cruises to the North Channel and Georgian Bay from Drumand Island and Tobermory in the Bruce Penninsula. I was also fortunate to cruise the British Virgin Islands for two weeks many years ago.
Day Trip find others...
We try to fill as many of our summer weekends with shorter day and weekend trips. Most excursions include; Grand Haven, Traverse Bay and Mackinaw Island.
Family find others...
I married my beautiful wife, Andrea, in June of 2006 and have been very pleased that she shares my love for cruising the great lakes. We purchased our first boat together in May of 2006 as our wedding gift to each other. I also owe my parents for my love of the water. I grew up on a 28' Regal, the "LOCH NESS" cruising the Great lakes. We still enjoy crusing with them today.

Many great fishing opportunities over the years from Salmon fishing on Lake Michigan to Northern Pike and bass in the North Channel.
Racing (Power) find others...
I have had involvement with the Grand haven Smoke on the water Poker Run acting as a Paramedic for the event. I also have a close friend, Mike Obrien who owns and operates a 42' Chief with twin 1000 HPs out of Grand Haven. What a ride!
Scuba find others...
I recently certified as a diver and am still working on building my equipment. I have done numerous dives in Traverse Bay, as well as a couple of ship wrecks including the India in the North Channel, Ontario.
Water Sports find others...
I used to do a lot of water skiing and knee boarding. I also purchased a very nice windsurfing board last year and have only used it once or twice. Fun, but I forgot how difficult it was.
