The Bahamas have summer "flings" planned during June, July and August, where you can sign up for different Islands of the Bahamas and go over from South Florida with about 30 other boats. My friend (he has a 30' Rinker) and I (32 Sundancer) are signed up to go to Bimini the middle of June. We are also planning a Memorial DAy weekend trip to Grand Bahama Island if the weather cooperates, otherwise it's a change in plans and down to Key West. The way the Gulfstream is, definitely the summer months are better, especially if you are going over on a small boat.
