Hey Michael,

Don't put it off.. quit your job and move to Key West, lol! Really, I wish I had moved down here years ago. Property is what will kill ya... can't rent anything for less than $1,500 and if you want to buy... starts about $500k, that's a place the size of a garage... lol!
